The MPA Wales Annual Seminar and Lunch will return in 2024 and once again be staged in Cardiff on Friday 8th March 2024.
Our theme in 2024 will relate to the Welsh economy and we have already secured some influential speakers including Richard Ballantyne OBE, Chief Executive of the British Ports Association, who will talk about Free Ports and the opportunities arising from offshore floating wind in the Celtic Sea; Ian Price, Director of CBI Wales and Ed Evans, Chief Executive of the Civil Engineering Contractors’ Association Cymru.
There are lots of issues to be covered in our planning workshop – Biodiversity Net Benefit, High PSV survey, water abstraction issues, the latest in blast monitoring techniques and the next edition of the Regional Technical Statement (RTS).
Our previous seminars have provided an excellent opportunity to highlight the role and contribution of the minerals sector in Wales. Consequently, this event provides an opportunity for you to invite not only customers, but also local community members and councillors who you deal with on a regular basis.
The cost per head is £135.00 plus VAT or £1,350 plus VAT for a table of 10.
For those businesses wishing to promote their products and services, we are offering five display stand spaces at a cost of £300 plus VAT. The package includes one ticket to the lunch.
